It evaluates the residents' satisfaction on Infrastructure, Public transportation, and Telecommunication in the MENA region, which comprises 24 middle eastern and North African countries, having a total area of about 15 million km2 and holding population of over 578 million people, taking the United Arab Emirates, as a benchmark. It identifies the factors that influence infrastructure, public transportation and telecommunication components in relation to residents' satisfaction. It Specifically outlines the research framework, identifies the research objectives, defines the research questions, specifies the research null hypotheses, designates the research scope, and determines the importance of the research. It presents also both the theoretical and practical importance of this issue, specifying the relevant dimensions and detailing the research methodology, namely, research questions , sampling technique, designing the Questionnaire, data collection, and data analysis. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 22 and AMOS version 22.

Tem dois mestrados: um em Gestão da Qualidade pela Universidade de Wollongong no Dubai (2009) e o segundo em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade Canadiana do Dubai (2010).
