INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHT TO IMAGE IN THE MEDIA

The system of legislation, both international and national, should be the guiding instrument or guide for all citizens living in different societies, including Bolivia, however, in fact the violation of the rights to the image of the accused is still being committed, In this sense, in the present work the scope of the violation of the presumption of innocence of the people implicated in crimes is fully addressed, the dignity, image, honor and honor, which are enshrined in international treaties, conventions and covenants, as well as in the Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, are not respected.
