Injection sclerotherapy for adult complete rectal prolapse

This book describe a new method and simple technique for treatment of adult complete rectal prolapse.This new technique devoid complications of traditional abdominal surgery especially impotence,as well as complications of perineal procedures with risk of sphincter affection.It suitable for recurrent cases and patients with high risk of surgical and anaethetic complications. The obvious benifit of this new technique is its low cost and can be repeated without high cost.
