Innovation in enterprises in the context of economic modernisation

The issues of innovative activities of industrial enterprises are becoming increasingly relevant at the current stage of economic development. It is innovation that leads to renewal, modernization of the market, improvement of quality and expansion of the range of goods and services, creation of new methods of production, sales of products. The main subjects of the innovation process are industrial enterprises, whose managers constantly monitor changes, methodically build and competently use the intellectual potential of their organization, possess the skills to develop and implement management decisions. The authors sought to ensure that this study complements the existing literature on the innovative development of Russian enterprises.
