In this book, the fundamental characteristics of innovation are examined. In addition to updating conceptions of the logic of scientific progress and the theory of scientific knowledge, the author presents the modalities of scientific production today. He presents an archaeology of technoscientific innovation. It lays the efficient foundations for a logic of scientific research capable of leading to the emancipation of the scientific mind with a view to creativity and technological innovation. It is an indispensable program for the establishment of a national system of techno-scientific research and innovation. Through interpretation and analysis, Ledoux Pierre NDII offers an essay on scientific progress and research policy. Ledoux Pierre NDII, Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Yaoundé I in Cameroon, he conducts research on the political and economic functions of technoscientific innovation in a human community oriented towards competition. Professor of philosophy in high schools in Cameroon, he is opposed to scientific catastrophism.
