Innovative practices

In this academic work we are given the opportunity to learn a little more (since to learn from all his experience we would have to read a hundred of his books) of Washington's perspective in relation to his practice as an Organizational Psychologist and Systemic Therapy Interventionist. In the content of this book, he proposes that the family system, as a social unit, is a determining factor that influences the mental health of workers. The main contribution of the book is that it provides the psychologist who is serving with his profession in the context of organizations, a richer perspective in his practice, since, from Washington's proposal, the worker and his work performance should be considered as a product of a system where several factors interact, being one of the most important, THE FAMILY.
