Institutional Challenges Faced by Multinational Corporations in Kenya

Multinational Corporations play a crucial role in foreign direct investment and development of emerging economies. They are a driving force towards globalization, great contributors to per capita GDP growth and play a key role in improving social welfare, market growth and technological advancement of developing countries. This book examines the challenges affecting the performance of multinational corporations in Kenya. Specifically, it attempts to investigate how cultural dynamics and government policies affect the performance of multinational corporations in the country through the lenses of Institutional Theory and Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions.

Joseph Musasizi est titulaire d'une licence de première classe en relations internationales de l'université méthodiste du Kenya, d'une maîtrise en administration des affaires (avec mention) de l'université de Birmingham, au Royaume-Uni, et poursuit actuellement une licence en droit à l'université de Nairobi et un doctorat en gestion stratégique.
