Institutional Development Plan

The research analysed the implementation of the goals set out in the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) of the Federal Institute of Brasilia (IFB) for the period 2009-2013 and the contributions listed by managers of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (Federal Network) on the bottlenecks encountered in the implementation of the IDP in their institutions. The fulfilment of the goals was analysed by comparing the information contained in the PDI 2009/2013, the Institutional Plans and the IFB Management Reports.

Master's Degree in Public Management (UnB/Brasília), MBA in IT Governance (UNICESP/Brasília), Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (FARN/Natal), currently studying for a specialisation in Higher Education Teaching and Distance Education Tutoring (IPEMIG/Belo Horizont). He has been a federal civil servant since 2009, holding the position of IT Analyst at the IFB.
