What is essential in the matter of civil society institutions is not only in their formations, whether they are traditional or modern, but rather the behavioral values they entail that include acceptance of difference, the right of others to form organizations or institutions that achieve, protect and defend their material and moral interests, and commitment to managing Conflict by peaceful and civilized means, that is, the values of civil society should prevail, which are the values of respect, tolerance, coexistence, cooperation, interdependence, honest competition, and peace.
