The main objective of this book is to present the instructional management of principals and observe teachers teaching practices. This book was ideally written to answer the need of the queries on how instructional management helps school principal in Framing the school goals; communicating school goals; supervising and evaluating instruction; coordinating the curriculum; monitoring student progress; protecting instructional time; maintaining high visibility; providing incentives for teachers; promoting professional development; and providing incentives for learning and teaching practices of teachers in learner and learning; content knowledge and skills; instructional practice; and professional responsibility. The book will also look into the relationship between the socio-demographic profile of the principals and instructional management and the relationship between school principals instructional management and teaching practices of teachers.
