It is a genuine effort to search protective measures in order to protect insurance market getting distorted in the present competitive and complex scenario. At the same time it also insures to develop an ideal policy capsule with standard framework which can be used as a guideline to promote a healthy growth and future prospects of the insurance industry. Rather than providing a flat narration the study offers a comprehensive assessment of what is likely to happen in near future in addition to productive suggestions for insurance sector since its potentials are quite apparent.
