Integral geographic study of Topes de Collantes, Cuba

One of the main tasks of Protected Areas is to carry out effective management in order to guarantee the protection and maintenance of biodiversity and the associated natural, historical and cultural resources, in order to guarantee the objective of conservation and sustainable use, conceived within the environmental policy. Therefore, it is necessary that all those involved in this process have sufficient knowledge of the characteristics of the area and its natural resources for its better management.In this sense, it is necessary to develop the 2021-2025 Management Plan for the Topes de Collantes Protected Natural Landscape, in order to deepen and consolidate the management for this new five-year period.
