Mojca Duh and Jernej Belak, are Professors at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor, Slovenia. Their research interests include governance and enterprise s policy, strategic management, business planning, business ethics, culture and philosophy, particularities of development and management of family businesses.
