INTEGRATED CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK FOR EMPLOYEES' HAPPINESS AT WORK

This book develops an integrated conceptual framework that explores the relationships among Perceived Organizational Climate, Decent Work, and Employees' Happiness at Work. Grounded in the Psychology of Working Theory and supported by a comprehensive review of global and historical perspectives on happiness, it examines how a positive organizational climate and decent work conditions contribute to employee well-being and organizational sustainability. The chapter synthesizes theoretical and empirical findings to highlight Decent Work as a mediating factor that enhances the link between organizational climate and workplace happiness, offering valuable insights for creating healthier, more fulfilling, and productive work environments.
