Integrative Geschichtsphilosophie in Zeiten der Globalisierung

The volume transcends the customary division between the formal and material philosophy of history. On the one hand, every historical presentation is shaped by particular methods of explanation and narration; on the other, the use of historiographic methods presumes certain notions of human praxis. An integrative philosophy of history, therefore, must consider the reciprocal interconnections between content and method.
