Integrative Small Business Model Enterprises with Social Responsibility

This book proposes an integrative approach to the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in small businesses, adapted to their characteristics, limited resources and specific context. Through a practical and flexible model, it seeks to enable small businesses to incorporate CSR effectively, without compromising their economic viability.Small businesses have great potential to generate a positive impact on the community, the environment and their employees. Throughout the text, the fundamental pillars of CSR are presented: business ethics, sustainability and social commitment.Simple and achievable strategies are proposed, such as the responsible management of resources, the improvement of working conditions, support for the local community and the implementation of sustainable practices in production processes. The book also emphasizes the importance of measuring and evaluating results, with simple tools that enable small businesses to adequately monitor their social and environmental impact.
