This two-volume set constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Data Science, ISDS 2023, held in Can Tho, Vietnam, in November 2023.
The 35 full papers and 13 short papers presented were thoroughly reviewed and selected from 123 submissions.
