Intention of E-banking Usage in Sri Lanka

Banking sector is the lubricating wheel of modern economy and E-banking is one of the emerging trends of the banking industry which is not quite common yet in a developing country like Sri Lanka so it provides a lot of scope for research. This book tries to provide a better understanding of the usage of E-banking. This field of study analyzed with the help of four variables perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, customer attitudes and trust. This book contributes by providing a combined impact of these four variables on E-banking usage which has not been published a book until now and the fact that in Sri Lankan context.
