Interactive Digital Science Club

The Interactive Digital Science Club took place in 2015 and consisted of extracurricular activities that promoted the experience of scientific methodology (chemistry, physics, mathematics, computing, and biology) in order to replicate the achievements of scientists in laboratories. In addition, it consisted of bringing students closer to the university environment, introducing them to research fields and laboratories, and allowing them to carry out activities within the University. The Interactive Digital Science Club used an internet blog for its activities, where participants recorded the results of the activities carried out. This project was aimed at first- and second-year high school students from public educational institutions and was developed within the scope of the activities of the São Carlos Advanced Studies Institute of the University of São Paulo.

She holds a degree in Exact Sciences with a major in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Education for People with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). She has been teaching since 2011 and in 2014 began working on the creation of adapted teaching materials.
