Interactive Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) For Phylogenetic Trees

This research monograph is based on conducted research and development work for a project by University of Geneva, Switzerland. It discusses the concept of computational phylogenetics with respect to construction of phylogenetic trees from their conventional NEWICK format using Perl programming language, specifically BioPerl. The research presents an open source API (Application Programming Interface)in the form of a visualization tool named ETE, Eternal Tree of Eternity.
