Intercultural and Interdisciplinary Profile of a Manager

This book aims to map certain communication, psychological and financial skills that shape the personality of a manager in an international, intercultural business environment. These skills are necessary for the profiling and development of the manager's competences, and their knowledge and management presuppose successfulness of an individual in a managerial position. On the basis of an analysis of the selected aspects of the above areas, the book is designed in several distinct chapters to create their synthesis in the form of a comprehensive competence profile of a manager.
