Rustamov Dilshodbek Abduvakhidovich, born on April 18, 1988. Doctor of Philology (DSc) in 2022, Docotor of Philosophy (PhD) in 2018. He is an outstanding scientist in Uzbekistan and the author of 4 text-books and more than 150 scientific articles.
