Interest Based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation Engine

Recommendation systems are widely used on the Web for recommending products and services to users. Many e-commerce sites have such systems.It is important to provide accurate recommendation to users. Here an expert system for movie recommendation is presented with new approach. This system is implemented using co clustering method. Category of the movie and ratings given by users are used to provide accurate recommendations.
