International and interstate cooperation

Crime has been an integral part of social life throughout history. Nowadays, with the development of technology and cooperation between countries, states are increasingly effective in combating crime and all its manifestations. Nevertheless, many different factors contribute to the high level of crime in different countries. Today the number of criminals who have committed crimes on the territory of Russia is growing, and the statistics of their catching and trials leaves much to be desired.
