International environmental protection

The future of the planet depends, without doubt, on the capacity of present generations to make their own norms and principles of environmental protection. This book is a synthesis of these norms and principles as contained in the various international instruments. It is essentially a theoretical approach that does not prevent a look at practices. Let us hope that the reflection will be furthered thanks to those whose curiosity will be sharpened by our modest contribution.

Guillaume Ndayikengurutse holds a Master's degree in International Law and International Relations from Hassan II University of Casablanca-Morocco. Since 2012, he has been a lecturer at ENA in Burundi and at other private universities in the country. Since 2016, he is doing a PhD in political science at the University of Namur-Belgium.
