International Humanitarian Law and Human Mobility in Ecuador

As a conclusion to the bibliographic review, the thematic research and the results obtained with the application of the evaluation instrument, we can infer that the conceptualization and political will exist, and only demand a review of its operability and the permanent commitment of the actors to achieve the suitability required by the processes of protection and full rights for people established by our Constitution.
