International Managers

The systematic approach in the organizational strategy underlines the leading staff as the most essential part of the management of human resources as a strategic tool for successful accession in the international market. The strategy for management development in international corporations begins and finishes with profiling the leading potential through matrices for identification of leading talents. The approach in this research will show that the leading staff - managers, seen as a potential in the organizations must have a profile of future leaders or executives whose individualistic, professional and organizational potentials are going to be measured and evaluated through the development of the international corporations. The investment in permanent education and professional development of the managing staff in the international corporations is of huge importance for the existence and competitiveness of the corporations on an international level.
