Organizations relationship is among important issues that have drawn the attention of researcher in the recent years and they have tried to elaborate strategies pertaining to this issue and management of these relations and show its effects on learning and performance of companies. In this book, we are seeking to find an International partner selection model for oil companies of IRAN. The statistical population consists of all managers and top executives in companies operating in the oil industry.
