Compared to its companies and products, universities in Asia have been nearly unknown for people in the non-Asian world. Takashi Sagara is a specialist in the field of economics and public policy. After receiving his B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University, he completed his M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. in environmental economics and policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
