Introduction and operation of lean manufacturing

Relevance: in the modern, dynamic and constantly changing world for survival and comfortable work in the market, organizations need to adjust to the existing conditions. One of such measures to improve the performance of the enterprise is the concept of lean production, which allows to minimize the above-mentioned losses in future activities. The application of lean methods, tools especially in the last decades has been very successful in large international enterprises as well as in large domestic enterprises. In addition, in recent years, lean manufacturing has been viewed from the position as a possible solution to the crisis that has affected domestic enterprises. In fact, the basic concepts of lean manufacturing, such as customer orientation, value seeking and therefore sudden waste reduction and many others, make the implementation of this system quite relevant.
