INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS LAW

This book calls for proper understanding of business law - its roles from the formation of business to its liquidation state. In the contemporary society there are evidences of businesses and companies falling victims of violating the ethics and laws guiding businesses as a result of ignorance.The book in a nutshell discussed what business law is all about; the importance of business law; objectives, purpose and functions of business law; basic concepts of business law, and its benefits to both employers and employees. The author is of the opinion that business people should be versed with the nitty-gritty of business law. He therefore urged business owners to be conscious of the demands of their profession for the good of the business and those involved.

O reverendo Silas Tom Silas, PhD, é um escritor prolífico e evangelista. Atualmente, é reitor da Sure Foundation Polytechnic, Ikot Akai, Ukanafun L. G. A., no estado de Akwa Ibom, na Nigéria. É doutor em Filosofia (PhD) em Religião e Sociedade pela ABSU; mestre em Ética, bacharel (com distinção) e bacharel em Teologia pela NWU, na África do Sul.
