INTRODUCTION TO ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

This Book is the result of teaching experience among engineering students from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. The enterprise management is a totally different type of subject from what engineering students are used to. Thus, the approach in this book " INTRODUCTION TO ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT - Basics" is to learn about the basics regarding Enterprise Management. The desire was to let them know about general issues for each chapter and then if they need more information they can search for more data and expand their knowledge. Enterprise Management is a broader area, but the believe is that this book is just the start for helping many young and/or unexperienced people, regardless their level of education. The book is written in an accessible manner, design for easy understanding and not reaching the complexity of the domain, but just the basics.

Autorentext

The author studied engineering at University POLITEHNICA from Bucharest and accounting at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She specialized in renewable energy, mainly biomass, obtaining her Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. Currently she is a lecturer at UPB addressing subjects like environmental management, entrepreneurship,etc.
