Introduction to Nursing Management and Organization

Management is a daily routine of every organization. The performance of daily activities requires that many elements (people, equipment, material, drugs, time... etc) are brought to carry out the work with the aim of setting in place systems that assure good-quality care for patients and their career and families. This book represents a blending of the traditional management and organizational behavior topics in nursing practice and education, highlight the essence of the management process, presented in such a fashion that is simultaneously illuminate organizational behavior by weaving together the management process and organizational behavior literature. Dr. Hanaa Sabra has obtained PhD degree in Nursing Administration from Assiut University, Egypt. She is specialized in the quality of nursing care. She is the manager of the quality assurance and accreditation unit at Faculty of Nursing, South Valley University, Qena. She also the author of many national and international researches and books.
