Introduction to the study of poverty issues in Africa

Although poverty is a global scourge, everyone looks to Africa, especially sub-Saharan Africa, when the word "poverty" is mentioned. Not everyone has the same definition of poverty. The United Nations and the World Bank have different definitions of poverty. The taste of poverty also differs from person to person. For someone who can't read or write, can't afford medical care and can't find food, poverty is bitter and a level of denigration. In contrast, a European industrialist is sweeter than the best honey in the world. Because it allows the manufacturer to eliminate rotten materials and toxic waste. For Europeans and North Americans, poverty is an instrument of domination and a measure of the legitimacy of white supremacy theory. Poverty is a disposition intended and maintained by the ruling structures to create the inferiority complex among poor blacks.
