Inventory management and organizational performance

This research is born from the diagnosis of inventory management practices and organizational performance in MYPES clothing companies in the commercial emporium of Gamarra, in order to increase organizational performance, which will lead to an increase in the economy of enterprises. Also, this research points out the existing relationship between the variables of inventory management and organizational performance of clothing MYPES of the commercial emporium of Gamarra, which will help them to broaden and deepen their understanding of the importance of the relationship between the aforementioned variables in the companies themselves.

Mayra Alexandra Salirrosas Nores nacida el 21 de Mayo de 1992 en Lima, Perú. Licenciada en la carrera de administración de empresas en la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Sus padres siempre estuvieron trabajando en el rubro textil, fueron creciendo poco a poco. En el año 2014 sacaron su propia marca de ropa en el emporio comercial de Gamarra.
