Investigating the identity of chemistry teachers in my city

Thinking about the teaching identity is to reflect on how that teacher you like so much conducts a class so well. I had great teachers, including one who is with me in this work and the others, in what I am today. They all triggered this reflection in me and created questions such as: "what did he go through to get here?"; "how can he be like this?" "what can I do to become a teacher like this? As a culmination of an extremely important academic stage, which yielded me the Degree in Chemistry in 2016, this book addresses the importance, attention and interest focused on studies and research on the identity of our teachers, leading me to an investigation of how the construction of identity among high school chemistry teachers from public schools in the city of Sousa, in Paraíba - Brazil took place.

With a degree in Chemistry from the Federal Institute of Paraíba and a Technician in Agriculture from the same institution, Ranniery Santos returned in less than two years as a teacher at the same Federal Institute from which he graduated and is currently in the final phase of his Master's degree, combining the study of agriculture with pure and applied Chemistry.
