Investigating the Reverse Logistics Practices

Manufacturing and logistics firms are increasingly adopting the practices of reverse logistics due to its ability to create organizational competitive advantage. Organizations in Pakistan are employing and getting benefits from reverse logistics but very limited research is conducted in this area with reference to Pakistan. This study is aimed at measuring the impact of reverse logistics on organizational competitiveness in Pakistan.This study sees contribution for academics and practitioners in the form of increased understanding on reverse logistics management

Ms.Sitara Shafiq, has earned the degree of MS(MS)from Comsats Lahore. She has excellent academic record with six years of scholarship earned from Punjab group of colleges. She has challengingly explored the Reverse Logistics within the manufacturing firms of Pakistan for the first time. She has several research publications in different journals.
