Investigation of Employee Motivation

Motivation in the workplace is a concept that has been researched on for various years. It has gained popularity in academicians and managers a like. Managers in customer service organisations have often struggled with finding ways to motivate their employees to achieve maximum potential. Normal traditional approach has been used to motivate employees and has often time failed. This book, therefore, provides an insight approach on overcoming the barriers managers face in motivating their employees. The analysis of this book shed some insight on what factors managers need to consider in motivating their employees and improving employee performance in the workplace.
