This book aims to update the readers about the latest advancements in non conventional machining processes. This is an initiative to introduce the users with the historical and latest perspectives of advance machining processes. This research work provides the comprehensive approach to the noble Electric Discharge Surface Grinding Process (EDSG). Experimental investigations and finite element modelling of EDSG process has been thoroughly discussed. The novelty of this research is that the machining of composite material has been carried out by the composite tool electrode. The objective of the book is to impart complete understanding about the EDSG process and its scope for the futuristic implementation in manufacturing industries.

Dr. Rajesh Choudhary is presently working with Malout Institute of Management & Information Technology, Malout as Assistant Professor and Head Mechanical Engg. He did his Ph.D from SLIET (Deemed University),Punjab,India. He is a member of The Institution of Engineers (India). His areas of interest are material processing and process modelling.
