Investing in the legal framework

Investment in the legal field - investment from a legal perspective with an analysis of the investment legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Investment is an opportunity of their use for increase of rate of economic growth, modernization of production process, increase of workplaces, investment-innovation development of separate branches and economy. The author has polemized upon the place of investment law in the system of law, concept of investment dispute, in the result the author's definitions have been offered. An analysis of the investment laws of foreign countries has led to the identification of the "Formula of investment success".
