This volume 5 in a series of books on my Iraq Petroleum Sector Chronicle- IPSC Project follows same methodology and structure of the previous four volumes published by LAP, starting from October 2021. The book provides wide spectrum of different perspectives and analyses that prevailed during the dramatic and challenging 2014. The current volume is also structured in four parts reflecting those perspectives and relies on an extensive well organised and updated database that provides and facilitates comparative analysis. Hence, IPSC Project and this book are premised on verifiable evidence/facts-based research supported by related relevant data.
