This volume 4 in a series of books on Iraq Petroleum Sector Chronicle- IPSC Project follows same methodology and structure of the previous three volumes published by LAP, starting from October 2021. The book provides wide spectrum of different perspectives and analyses that prevailed during 2013. The current volume is also structured in four parts reflecting those perspectives and relies on an extensive well organised and updated database that provides and facilitates comparative analysis.
