This book provides you information about the use and effect of gamma radiations on apple fruit. The impact of radiation on physical and nutritional maintenance and microbial load reduction was observed. The fungal and bacterial isolates were evaluated on four different media. The shelf life enhancement of fruit is also discussed on an optimized dose. The detail procedure opt to conduct this study is also discussed in this book.

I am a researcher and worked on different projects. I worked on Hepatitis B and its socio-economical factors.I have done my MS in Biotechnology and researched on effect of radiation on apple fruit as an alternative quarantine treatment for export requirement.
