Irrigated Sunflower Production

Master's thesis developed in the Graduate Program in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (PPGEA - UFSM), in the area of Water and Soil Engineering. This work objectively presents the results found in a field study on the influence of irrigation rates and doses of nitrogen fertilization on sunflower crops. The manuscript contains important aspects of irrigation management in sunflower production, serving as a basis for farmers, technicians, students and researchers.

Born in Caçapava do Sul, RS. Graduated in Agronomy (2012), Master's in Agricultural Engineering (2014) and PhD student in Agricultural Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). He is currently a Professor of Basic Technical and Technological Education at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) - Câmpus Vacaria.
