This book seeks to address the important issue of maritime security from a Bahamian perspective. The basis of this book therefore is that it is a legal analysis on the impact of the International Ship and Port Facility Security(ISPS) Code and the 2005 Protocol to the Suppression of Unlawful Acts (SUA) Convention upon The Bahamas' Passenger Vessel Industry.
