It specially focuses on politicization, corruption, irregularities regarding recruitment, promotion, training, transfer & posting and civil-military relations in administration. It focuses on gender related issues prevailing in civil service of Bangladesh. The information presented here are based on last three years data collection & analysis by the author.

Md. Istiaque Hossain Molla have completed his masters degree in Public Administration from University of Dhaka. He has worked as a research assistant of the project named "Dropout Rate in Secondary Level Education in Bangladesh" aided by U.S.A. & published his research work in "Dropout Rate in Secondary Level Education in Bangladesh" from UPL,2010.
