Janet is originally from a family farming background in Lancashire, moving at the age of 11 with her family to North Wales. She attended Ysgol John Bright s school in Llandudno and then went on to study Business Management at Coleg Llandrillo Cymru. Janet opened her first retail business when she was seventeen, gradually expanding her business into other towns in North Wales. Married to Gareth who is also a North Wales businessman, they have two children. Janet s hobbies include Reading, Horse riding and walking, and as a family they enjoy Water based sports activities and travelling. Janet is also currently learning to speak Welsh , and is a School Governor at Ysgol Gogarth in Llandudno.
