Jenny Beck (born 21 March 1978, Stockholm, Sweden) is a singer-songwriter. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, she relocated to the United Kingdom in 2001 to further her music career. She has since written, produced, and recorded 4 albums that have attracted much attention from the music media worldwide. Though her main genres are folk/pop and acoustic, Beck often experiments with various kinds of music, such as R&B, soul, and blues. Beck's songs are frequently played on internet and FM radio stations worldwide and her tracks have been featured on many successful compilation albums. Her CD Morning Rain has received rave reviews from the music press and internet e-zines in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Beck was featured in the May 2004 issue of All Access Music magazine.
