Human Resource Management (HRM) is the procurement, allocation, utilization and motivation of human resource in business. HRM is the process of brining people and organizations together so that the goals of each are met. It tries to secure the best from people by winning their whole-hearted co-operation. HRM is responsible for the people dimension of the organization. It is a pervasive force, action-oriented, individually integrative in nature and is comprehensive function. HRM mainly covers three aspects such as personal aspect, welfare aspect and industrial aspect. With appropriate HR policies and practices an organization can hire, develop and utilize best brains in the market place, realize its professed goals and deliver results better than others.
