Job Satisfaction among Engineers working in Hydropower Consulting Firm

Job satisfaction among employees in various discipline have been studied in Nepal however in Civil Engineering, it is a first study of its kind. Authors tried to find the level of job Satisfaction of Civil Engineers working in Consulting firms related to Hydropower sector in the study. The findings are useful for promoters of the company by knowing the fact that how they can retain the competent manpower they have developed and other policy makers and researchers in this area to further explore on it.

Herr Shrestha, Bauingenieur mit Abschluss am AIT Bangkok, ist Dozent an der Tribhuvan Universität in Nepal und unterrichtet Ingenieurökonomie, Projektmanagement und Berufspraxis im Ingenieurwesen. Er hat mehr als 25 MSc-Thesis-Studenten betreut und Veröffentlichungen in den Bereichen Ingenieurökonomie, Baumanagement und technische Berufspraxis veröffentlicht.
